First part | Second part | Third part
..or how to distribute different objects around circle. Part 3.
Sometime we need to distribute different objects on circle and now we will see how to do it.
I won't repeat again how to distribute objects around a circle - you can always find it in the first part of this sequence. We need to create something like this:

Open Symbols panel - we will need it (Window - Symbols). Take some vector object and drug-and-drop them to "New symbol" icon on the Symbols panel.

Drug-and-drop two instances of any object to the work space and select both of them.

Go to Object - Blend - Blend Options. Dialog window will appear. Select "Specific steps" and set value "10 (..or any other)".

Go to Object - Blend - Make (or Alt+Ctrl+B).

Select our object (scissors) and circle. Go to Object - Blend - Replace Spine.

You will see this:

Take "Scissors Tool" and click right in the center of the top object.

Go to Object - Blend - Reverse Spine.

Go to Object - Blend - Expand.

Now let's ungroup objects.

Next step - we need to replace "scissors" symbol with other symbols (we prepared them before).
- Select any instance of the "scissors" symbol
- Select other symbol on the "Symbols" panel (I selected red shopping trolley), just click it
- Press small, black triangle to see "Symbol window options"

- Select option "Replace symbol"

Repeat steps with other "scissors" symbol instances

I hope this tutorial was helpful.
Thank you for reading this and good luck!
