This tutorial is very close to previous one, but more automated and will load more your computer. :)
As you can see result almost the same.
First of all - create gradient you like.
Go to "Object - Expand".
IMPORTANT! Set "Specify: 255" in "Expand" window.
Ungroup.
Open "Layers" window and delete layer with Clipping Path.
Group all objects and drug-and-drop to the "Brushes" window. Window "New Brush" will appear. Set "New Pattern Brush" and press "Ok".
Now you can give a name to your brush.
Brush is ready. Create any shape and apply your new brush.
